Do you offer mattress delivery?

Yes, we offer free local delivery to the Denver/Boulder Metro area! Once you’ve purchased your mattress, we can arrange for delivery at a time that works best for you. Our delivery team ensures that your mattress arrives safely and is set up in your home.


Can you take my old mattress?

We do offer mattress removal services for local deliverys! When you purchase a mattress from us, we can arrange to remove your old mattress for no charge! Just let us know when scheduling your delivery, and we’ll take care of the rest. Haul away includes the removal of one mattress and one box spring per mattress purchase. this service does not include the removing, handling or moving of any additional furniture/wooden frames/ or any other items.


What is your exchange policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! Our exchange policy is designed to give you peace of mind. You have a 100-night trial period to try out your mattress.* If you’re not happy with it for any reason, we offer a hassle-free exchange. The mattress must be in good condition.

*Out of state purchases are not available for exchange. However, zipper products qualify for layer replacement.


Do you offer financing?

Yes! We understand that investing in a quality mattress is a big decision, so we offer financing options to make your purchase more affordable. We partner with leading financing companies to offer flexible 0% Interest payment plans. Ask us about financing options when you’re ready to make your purchase!


How can I choose the right mattress for me?

Choosing the right mattress is important for your health and comfort. Here are some tips to help:

  • Sleep position: Consider whether you sleep on your back, side, or stomach.
  • Firmness preference: We offer a range of firmness options, from soft to firm, so you can find the perfect balance for your body.
  • Material: Think about the type of mattress material that works best for you, whether it’s memory foam, innerspring, latex, or hybrid.

Our sleep specialists are trained to direct you to the right bed for a perfect night sleep.


Do you offer mattress warranties?

Yes, all of our mattresses come with a manufacturer warranty. The terms vary depending on the model, but most warranties cover defects in material or workmanship. Be sure to review the warranty information for your specific mattress at the time of purchase.


Are your mattresses eco-friendly or Organic?

Yes, all beds are Certi-Pur Certified meaning NO formaldehyde, NO heavy metals, NO Offgassing, and very low VOC. (volatile organic compound)

We are also proud to offer a selection of GOTS and GOLS Certified Organic mattresses! Our Purity line is made with organic materials like certified organic cotton, wool, and latex.


Can I try out a mattress before purchasing?

Absolutely! We encourage you to come into your local showroom to test out our mattresses. Our knowledgeable staff will guide you through our selection, and you can test out different options to see which one feels right for you. If you can’t make it to the store, feel free to call, and we can provide additional information or suggest alternatives based on your preferences.


Urban Mattress Return Policy

At Urban Mattress, your satisfaction is important to us. If you need to return an item, we’re here to help — but we also want to ensure you’re confident in your purchase from the start. Our mattress experts are available to guide you in selecting the right item for your needs before you buy.  Please reach out to us with any questions we would love to help you.

Return Guidelines:Merchandise may be returned unopened, original packaging, new and unused condition within 72 hours of receipt. A Return Authorization must be obtained from Urban Mattress prior to sending any item back.

  • A 25% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns. 
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Once the item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
